Unlike the programs that are heavily promoted in today’s media, we understand that there is not a single plan that works for everyone. Each and every session is about you, your goals and simply achieving your full potential. Through your commitment, you will lose weight, build muscle, increase your energy and endurance but the greatest outcome will be how you you feel each and every day. Remember, it is unrealistic to believe that you can change a lifetime of habits (good and bad) overnight and most of us require some help.

Welcome to Validus Fitness & Training. I have been involved in the fitness industry for more than 15 years and it was my experience at corporate and open-to-the-public gyms that encouraged me to open my own center. Far too often, I have witnessed individuals lose their motivation as the results from their workout regimen were minimal or non-existent. In many cases, these individuals were working with another trainer or attempting to follow a “workout in a box” program. At Validus, you are pursuing a specific set of goals where every training session has a purpose.
